23 Then if anyone will have said to you, ‘Behold, here is the Christ,’ or ‘he is there,’ do not be willing to believe it. 26 Therefore, if they will have said to you, ‘Behold, he is in the desert,’ do not choose to go out, or, ‘Behold, he is in the inner rooms,’ do not be willing to believe it. 27 For just as lightning goes out from the east, and appears even in the west, so shall it be also at the advent of the Son of man. 37 And just as in the days of Noah, so also will be the advent of the Son of man. 38 For it will be just as it was in the days before the flood: eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, even until that day when Noah entered into the ark. 39 And they did not realize it, until the flood came and took them all away. So also will the advent of the Son of man be. 17 And whoever is on the roof, let him not descend to take anything from his house. 18 And whoever is in the field, let him not turn back to take his tunic.

39 Whoever finds his life, will lose it. And whoever will have lost his life because of me, shall find it.

40 Then two men will be in a field: one will be taken up, and one will be left behind. 41 Two women will be grinding at a millstone: one will be taken up, and one will be left behind. 28 Wherever the body shall be, there also will the eagles be gathered together.

19 For those days shall have such tribulations as have not been since the beginning of the creation that God founded, even until now, and shall not be. 20 And unless the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would be saved. But, for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened the days. 21 And then, if anyone will have said to you: ‘Behold, here is the Christ. Behold, in that place.’ Do not believe it. 22 For false Christs and false prophets will rise up, and they will present signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if it were possible, even the elect. 23 Therefore, you must take heed. Behold, I have foretold all to you. 14 Then, when you have seen the abomination of desolation, standing where it ought not to be, let the reader understand: then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. 15 And let whoever is on the rooftop not descend to the house, nor enter so as to take anything from the house. 16 And let whoever may be in the field not return to take his garment.

22 And he said to his disciples: “The time will come when you will desire to see one day of the Son of man, and you will not see it. 23 And they will say to you, ‘Behold, he is here,’ and ‘Behold, he is there.’ Do not choose to go out, and do not follow them. 24 For just as lightning flashes from under heaven and shines to whatever is under heaven, so also will the Son of man be in his day. 25 But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation. 26 And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of man. 27 They were eating and drinking; they were taking wives and being given in marriage, even until the day that Noah entered the ark. And the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 It shall be similar to what happened in the days of Lot. They were eating and drinking; they were buying and selling; they were planting and building. 29 Then, on the day that Lot departed from Sodom, it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and it destroyed them all. 30 According to these things, so shall it be in the day when the Son of man will be revealed. 31 In that hour, whoever will be on the rooftop, with his goods in the house, let him not descend to take them. And whoever will be in the field, similarly, let him not turn back. 32 Remember Lot’s wife. 33 Whoever has sought to save his life, will lose it; and whoever has lost it, will bring it back to life. 34 I say to you, in that night, there will be two in one bed. One will be taken up, and the other will be left behind. 35 Two will be at the grindstone together. One will be taken up, and the other will be left behind. Two will be in the field. One will be taken up, and the other will be left behind.” 36 Responding, they said to him, “Where, Lord?” 37 And he said to them, “Wherever the body will be, in that place also, the eagles shall be gathered together.”
